Once we successfully mediate between the tenant and property owner and the property is occupied, our involvement ends. The relationship and management between the tenant and owner are completely their own after that.

The warranty of our services extends to the individual warranty periods of the materials we use. We provide full assistance in claiming warranties and addressing issues during this period.

Once the individual product warranty periods end, our responsibility in assisting with claims or fixes also ends. However, we still encourage our clients to reach out to us despite the expiry of the warranty period as we strive to provide additional support to the best of our capacity in the resolution of repairs irrespective of the warranty period but on a chargeable basis.
