Our responsibility ends once the rental agreement is established and the property is successfully occupied. After occupancy, any relationship or dealings between the tenant and owner are outside our involvement.

3. Warranty and Assistance

Our warranty on services extends to a standard warranty period based on the average warranty period of the individual materials used in the project. We provide full assistance in claiming warranties and resolving any issues within the scope of the warranty period.

4. Liability After Occupancy

Once a rental agreement is established and the tenant has occupied the property, Cosmmo is no longer involved in or responsible for any disputes or interactions between the tenant and the property owner. Any issues that arise post-occupancy are to be resolved directly between the involved parties.

We may use third-party products or services as part of our interior styling or renovation services. The warranty and maintenance of these products will be subject to the individual product warranties, and Cosmmo will assist with any warranty claims within the given period.

While we strive to ensure the best practices and high-quality services, Cosmmo is not liable for any damages or disputes arising beyond the agreed-upon scope of services.
